A man was rushed to hospital with multiple stab wounds following an incident in North Finchley yesterday afternoon.
Police and an air ambulance were called to the junction of Nether Street and Ballards Lane shortly before 1pm where they found the man in a serious condition.
He was airlifted to hospital as a priority.
No arrests have been made.
