Cyprus President Nicos Anastasides paid on Saturday a short visit to the Principality of Monaco, at the invitation of Prince Albert.
According to an official press release issued here, the two men exchanged views on the models of development in Cyprus and Monaco and discussed ways in which Cyprus can benefit from the Principality`s experience on issues of quality development
President Anastasiades was accompanied by Cyprus` Consul in Monaco Stelios Hadjioannou.
During his visit, the President also met with Cypriot entrepreuners who do business in Monaco.
Moreover he had a meeting, on the sidelines of his visit, with a group of experts who participate in a conference on energy.
President Anastasiades will leave on Saturday for Zagreb to attend the ceremony for Croatia`s accession to the EU, at the invitation of the President of Croatia Ivo Josipović.
